[Delivery within Japan]

  • Orders placed before 1:00 PM will be shipped on the next business day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, summer holidays, and the New Year holidays).

Product warranty/repair

If you purchase a product from the Gold Sands online store, we will repair it if a problem occurs. If you register as a Gold Sands member, you will be covered by the repair guarantee system and will be able to receive repairs free of charge or at the member's price.
