  • Orders placed before 1:00 PM will be shipped on the next business day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, summer holidays, and the New Year holidays).
  • Delivery within Japan is a flat rate of 720 yen (tax included) per delivery address nationwide. However, if you purchase more than 15,000 yen (tax included) in a single order, shipping will be free.

[Delivery to overseas destinations]

  • For orders placed on this website, delivery is currently limited to within Japan, but as we receive many requests from outside Japan, we are able to send items by mail on an individual basis. If you would like to have your order delivered overseas, please contact us using the inquiry form.

Product warranty/repair

If you purchase a product from the Gold Sands online store, we will repair it if a problem occurs. If you register as a Gold Sands member, you will be covered by the repair guarantee system and will be able to receive repairs free of charge or at the member's price. In addition, if you are a Gold Sands member, we will inform you of the repair cost at the member's price even if there is a fee.
